Description

Beautifully renovated 70 Ft live-aboard narrowboat currently moored near Bath on the Kennet and Avon canal. Built by Pinder boats (who became the renowned boat builder Crafted boats) before the import of bad quality cheap steel from China. Lovingly renovated in 2018, she has a brand new interior including floors, walls, spray foam insulation and exterior paint job. We even had the ballast up and painted underneath! Also blacked summer of 2018 and Boat Safety Certificate from autumn the same year.

This boat is a great liveaboard but could also function as a luxury hire boat. On completing the renovation, I had her advertised on Airbnb. She was extremely popular with guests but I was informed by the canal authorities that I needed a business license and other certificates so I ceased rental. If these license were purchased she would certainly do very well!

She isn't currently moored on a home mooring but they come up for auction fairly often at Claverton near Bath and occasionally at Bathampton ,Avoncliff and Devizes.
